Need a Lost Tapes 3 asap

I don’t even see how he’s going to do a LT3 in even the coming years if Nas is so inspired by Hit Boy that damn near EVERYTHING they do turns into an album.

In most album cycles there are 1-2 songs that either leak or are talked about that never made an official album. There have been NO loosies in the Nas/Hit Bouly partnership. In no interviews have Nas or Hit Boy talked about a completed song that didn’t make the album (this a first for Nas) EVERYTHING they’ve done has been purposeful. Hell they even went back and finished a 30 year old loosie in Life Is Like. A Dice Game.

AND we still got KD3 coming:ohmy:

They did have that one song though "This Ain't Love But I Love it" Feat. the Dream and Charlie Wilson think. It was leaked somewhere and is on youtube. Still, they have an outstanding track record.

The way they are rolling we might get about 2 more albums out of them before it's all said and done but I think when Nas finally decides to change up a little, that LT3 will be the first thing out the chute.

A while back he said he was thing of doing one with just features, plus he got lot of songs with Havoc in those Sony vaults. Add to that stuff that didn't make the final cut of these last 3 albums. Nas got plenty of material.

Nas has already said most of that Sony stuff is staying in the vaults. I wouldn’t be holding my breath for any of that stuff

Yeah, I had to come to the sad reality that we ain't never getting that old Nasty Nas shyt. I'll have to settle for the occasional leak of old, unreleased music from Nas.

He can redo some of it like he did "Life is like a dice game", or just use a few versus or bars, but knowing him he probably don't even remember all of them songs.

I think Nas is appreciated and adored by pretty much everybody who knows their hip hop...the only thing against Nas is he doesn't make many radio/club hit records like that, that's not his thing...as compared to Jay-z or Biggie or Pac who did that shyt effortlessly. That's the only legitimate knock against Nas, it makes him seem kind of smaller than them...and to me that's not even a knock really, he can't make radio hits like some of his peers but they can't cook up that intellectual soul food like he's been doing his whole career...as much as they try to (Jay-z, lol).

I think Nas is under-appreciated in the modern mainstream media because he’s never kissed ass or fostered the industry relationships that somebody like Jay has, except for in 2012 when it seemed like he was getting a LOT of love for media outlets when Life Is Good dropped.

But in the actual community and culture of HIP HOP Nas is a God. He’s literally synonymous when it comes to top 5. And his music really speaks for itself to the point where if you’re criticizing the songs or bars you simply come off as foolish. Take the Rolling Stone review of King’s Disease for instance, they called it the most “Misogynistic Album Of The Year”. An album that has fukking Till The War Is Won on it is misogynistic?!?! Or the Kings Disease 2 review by Pitchfork where the kid clearly had absolutely no idea what he was talking about. They come off looking worse for wear than Nas does.
