Yeah he was just here in Buffalo and rocked out for a hour and a half straight shyt was crazy.
I'll come clean im kinda over the Nas illmatic run. Like i get its the genesis but as a fan from the beginning can we get a B Side concert? It would be really dope if he really dived into Streets Disciple, God Son Stillmatic more??

Illmatic is godly and when you hear it it does feel like something important but all those “mid albums” they knock him for is what I appreciate

A Nas series should be given the Hulu/Netflix/Amazon treatment in my opinion with a showrunner who is actually talented and passionate about Nas music. BET, while they’ve gotten better than they have been the past ten years, is NOT the network for a dope Nas series.
After watching Wu Tang: An American Story, a Nas series should be done in that vein. Showing the gritty QB environment of the early 90’s while simultaneously introducing the audience to the world that shaped Nas’s perspective. There is a LOT of Queens history that Nas was directly inspired by for him to become what he became. You need at least a season to setup everything that led to Live At The BBQ let alone illmatic
Every concert i’ve been to see Nas he does multiple songs from across his catalogue. I remember the first time i saw him in 07 I was SHOCKED when he performed Silent Murder

Remember before that too it was supposed to be on the streaming service that Sony/X Box was going to launch but that thing fell through.
Hopefully it will still happen but it may take time, I do know there was some people on social media who are up and coming actors sort of openly audtioning. I actually thought they had cast the dude to play older Nas but it might have just been some dude wanting the role.
We are due for a Nas and Rhianna anthem. I wonder why they haven't worked together. We haven't gotten a solo nas and drake record either or a solo J cole record. No kendrick record either. @Life is Good tell nas we need that nas feat rhianna and j cole record. That would be an immediate smash.
Nas might not work with Cole after Cole had some shyt to say about the Kelis bullshyt.
Also, Nas hasn’t worked with a “new school” rapper on HIS album since Quan on Streets Disciple. So rhianna & Kendrick would have to have a song that they felt Nas would work on and then Nas himself would have to be inspired enough to write to it.

I thought Cole was pretty respectful when he was asked to comment on it and it was before Nas reply to the allegations
He still freestyle over Oochie Wally and rock that Nas t shirt even this year so idk if its that frosty with them
