I don’t even know if Nas and Mega could be in the same room together for more than 15 minutes and they haven’t publicly beefed in YEARS.
Why do you say that, just curious. Obviously they had a deep beef and I'd imagine both feel some type of way still...but I've heard Mega say he has no issue with Nas and even dap him in the last few years. Haven't heard Nas speak on Mega but I can't help but think that he's in such a different mind state now (in terms of the success, business, life, etc) that holding onto old beefs isn't something he has time for. He made good with Nore. Made good with Prodigy. Made good with AZ. Hell, he made good with Hov and a big part of the Mega beef was the same shyt that happened between Hov and Nas (Nas tried to get at Mega's baby moms, same way Hov got at Carmen).
Old memories seldom fade and bad habits die hard.
Mega and Nas just SEEM like the type that are better off dapping one another up and bigging each other up from afar. Mega was trying to do a QB compilation a few years ago and get Nas on it but Nas didn’t want to be a part of it. Also one thing i’ve noticed when reading up on most of the QB beefs is that its the rapper’s entourages that start alot of the shyt more than it is the rappers themselves. Look at Prodigy’s passing. At first it was all love and mourning and then when the P mural went up Mega and a few others changed their tune a bit. And it was all over some QB goon (Sherm The Worm) who is locked up that had old beef with Prodigy pushed the button and had the mural defaced. I highly DOUBT Nas wants to deal with all that shyt on any type of personal level. Especially if you gotta tour with these people. Theres so much little petty shyt between the top half a dozen or so QB artists that, when they are separate they can sweep under the rug, but together its like a match being lit.
Not to say I wouldn’t LOVE to be proven wrong. I’d give a month’s paycheck to see Nas rock the stage with Hav and do Eye For An Eye and pay tribute to P. Or have the OG Firm reunite and perform Affirmative Action (we got close in 06 when Nas brought Mega and Foxy out for a surprise) Or Nore and Nas do Body In The Trunk. Its just ALOT of behind the scenes shyt that would need to be ironed out.
Tragedy (and Nore about a year ago) saying that Nas would have to be the ringleader is a step in the right direction, because they can admit that Nas is the biggest draw and has the right connections. I honestly think it would come down to getting the principle artists in the same room for SEVERAL “squash it once and for all meetings” almost on some support group shyt to get everyone in the proper mindset.
Can’t have NONE if these brehs peacing it up one minute and then one drink or one blunt later ready to risk it all because they still feel a way about “Destroy And Rebuild” or “Thun & Kicko”. Or Jungle feels like he gotta check somebody in Nas’s defense. Or Nature feels like his career was sabotaged. Or any of that shyt

Them dusty Qb nikkas need to just stay in queensbridge there was a moment when all of queensbridge was making the best hiphop ever... but that ended dumb fast.

Yea you're def right about the entourages. That's what Nas even alluded to on Destroy And Rebuild in terms of the people surrounding P. I think the Nip thing hit Nas harder than most in part because he comes from a situation where there DEFINITELY is a jealousy angle, and all it takes is one dude in somebody's entourage to catch feelings and pick up a gun.
Nas is bigger than all that stuff now. I'm glad everyone acknowledges that he is the main guy and LEADER...but he has no obligation to bring these dudes together. He's busy doing his own thing. I'd love to see Nas and Mega in the same room again though. Just seems like they're on the same wave in terms of outlook on life, and even their music has changed and become similar (lyrically).

Might not agree with their list or the order but th guys did a good job. And its quite rare for me to see young-ish youtube guys still having Nas favourably in their content.
