Apparently he was still active even after his arrest. They had to move him to a super max. That meeting at the end of season 1 happened before he was locked away. Narcos seems to be changing the story. I didn't like how they ended the felix chapter. Even the El Chapo series made Felix seem more powerful than Narcos ever did.
Is that El Chapo series any good?

better than season 1. I felt that tension and isolation felix was feeling the whole season hitting me through the screen.

but the medellin cartel seasons were the best still.

still :mjcry: thinking about pablo's downfall episodes

that cop had to be the most retarded one yet. At least kiki lost his own life, this cac got his whole squad and a village lit up :russ:

I loved this season, I thought it was phenomenal. Narcos is the only show on TV that gets better with every passing season. I can’t wait for Season 3 with the Amado storyline and the AFO/Chapo war. Next season is going to be a blood bath.

For next seasons I'd consider having the English narration by a stateside drug dealer. This'll freshen things up as the cops side is getting stale and has always felt forced. Its getting predictable now. I'd make the cops pull up at random in the next season, like it'd happen to drug dealers IRL.

It had nowhere near the production budget as Narcos and it shows. It seemed like a cheap Mexican soap opera, so I only watched like 2 eps.
finished ep 6 and that had to be the most demonic opening the show's ever had :picard: like others said, the Mexicans don't really have the charisma that the Colombians had but their story does lend to some interesting stuff which is why it's puzzling when Narcos tries to add in the soft "make them human" storylines :francis:

Did we really need to know about Walt's family situation if that's where it was going to lead for the whole ep :francis: 5 seasons and they iffy with how well they can land that part of the story. What they did with Pablo in S2 was great but everywhere else has been :patrice:And they just throw it in there with little to no proper build up for viewers to care. Am I really supposed to care about Benjamin's kid 6 eps into this season :gucci:

Also, good thing yall warned me about Quavo in this cause his dialogue came off like a parody...whip it like a stir fry :gucci:

season's picked up since ep 4 but def the slowest out of all of them thus far and yet seemingly more rushed
Benjamin's kid is what eventually got him arrested irl.
