Great documentary so far but I have one big problem I can't get over. They really tried to insinuate Jordan lost 2 games to the Sonics on purpose so he could win on father's day :francis: so we're just going to ignore the fact that he never had a vintage game the moment Payton was guarding him. I finally watched the games a few weeks ago and it was clear as day Jordan was trying his hardest but just couldn't shake the glove off.

I guess history is written by the victors :francis:
I thought they were saying he started playing bad because Father’s Day was approaching. Not that he specifically wanted to win on Father’s Day.

I hope yall know, MJ's leadership in terms of how he treated others is not something that transcends into everyday life. Do that shyt in an office and see how quickly you get fired.

It worked for him, his individual greatness, and his situation ONLY. The idea that his brand of leadership is anything else but singular would be foolish.

Right. MJ is the GOAT but I don't like this notion that being an a$$hole is the best form of leadership and that any other leadership style is "soft."

I don't buy the 94 Rockets beating the Bulls. It took Pat Ewing having a terrible series and Starks bricking everything in Game 7 for the Rockets to barely beat the Knicks. And it took a phantom foul in Game 5 for that same Knick team to beat the Bulls without MJ
That 95 Rockets team going into the playoffs was better than the 94 team.

To be fair MJ said you can accept it or not, he didn't apologize for it but he also said that was his way of doing things.

Yeah I'm not mad at all about what MJ said. Moreso the people who hype it up as the only effective leadership style in sports
I haven't seen anyone hyping it up as the only effective leadership style. I have seen his teammates say that it was effective and made them better people and players.

The highlights in the documentary got me thinking Horace Grant was more explosive than I could remember as a kid.

The goggles were an underrated accessory lol surprised no one in this generation has tried to bring it back.
Same. I guess playing along side Jordan, Pippen, Penny and Shaq will have you looking :flabbynsick: even when you not.

Anyone know where I can watch the past episodes?(dont have netflix)
it's only on Netflix outside of the U.S. right now. It'll be on Netflix in the U.S. in July.

if you're in the U.S., you can only watch it now on the ESPN site or app.
