playing basketball differently today then in the 90s isn't evolution. Just a different way of playing the game. Evolution in basketball would be something like playing on 12 foot rims 200 feet court. Extreme changes to the game

I'm convinced you either just like to argue or you have no idea what you're watching.

There's a clear evolution.

Look at Magic softening his stance now that they're cool again. In his book Magic was going hard saying he kept Isiah off the team because Isiah was asking if he was gay. Now he's trying to soften and put it off on a bunch of the other guys on the team having a problem with him. I'm glad Stephen A called that out.

y’all got every excuse in the world for Jordan. He wanted to be a famous basketball player who the fukk else gonna speak for the black community. Majority of famous black people are entertainers. They got the biggest platform of course we look for them to speak for us. We got the weakest voice in society. That’s why we barely advanced now because the few nikkas who do make it be on some I’m cool, these white people like me. Y’all nikkas justify it like it’s cool give a couple of nikkas some crumbs we good. I read a article where some politician said something about the Jews and he issued a apology ASAP. Black people we don’t got that type of unity. We don’t got that type of unity that Indians got, that’s why they got reparations and we don’t. All honestly c00n like behavior is just as worse as thug like behavior.

I thought this was sarcasm at first. Let's ask ja rule what he thinks while we are at it.

Do you agree or disagree the majority of prominent black figures are entertainers?

Do you agree or disagree that black people got the least say in society?

So why wouldn’t we expect the few who make especially person in Jordan’s shoe where people was saying he’s bigger the Pope, who can have a major impact on not just black people but the world. If he simply speaks up for social injustice. It’s way more easy to get your money, get drunk and gamble all day not care disenfranchised. Jordan not getting a pass from me, he even doubled down on the republicans buy sneakers thing in the doc.

The game is night and day different. The tech, video, defenses, schemes, skills, and athleticism is far more advanced.

What I said might be worse is the overall BBIQ, the readiness of the players coming into the NBA, and wear and tear coming into the NBA.

But the players are a lot more ready skill, size, length, ability, and talent-wise than any other era today.

But the athletic reqs is so high that a lot of smart players just never get a chance in the NBA and couldn't keep up. The NBA is running more than anytime in history. It's not possible to play minutes in today's NBA as it was in 1998.

Is the game better today? Maybe. But it's a lot more advanced, that's a sure thing. The best players are much better today than they were in 1998. But the best players in 1998 would be better today as well. Will they be as productive, probably not but they would be better, for sure!
If players are much better athletes today why is that the case? Dudes dont even play defense. Why can guys like Jordan and Pippen play 40+ minutes every night on both sides of the ball, but today's superstars cant? Or can they?

If a dude tells you he doesnt keep up with politics and focuses all of his energy on his craft and leisure, why would you even want his take on a political issue? You're essentially begging for an uninformed opinion just for the optics. And no Jordan doesnt have a duty to keep up with politics. He's a famous basketball player, not an activist.

One thing that really stood out to me last night was watching the way MJ worked and operated on the basketball court.

There was no dribbling the air outta the ball for the length of the shot clock.

MJ wasn't out here calling for screens to get a big switched onto him.

Watching MJ use nothing but footwork and an elite first step to beat his man was amazing to watch.
