Ep 3 was meh, mainly because a lot of Rodman's history is known and was covered extensively in his 30 for 30
"The Glove ..... "
MJ mom is delightful.
From Michael's perspective, and he stated this view back in the 80's, once you sign a contract, you honor that contract. I posted a quote from his mom, where she said she used to always tell Mike to not worry about your contract after you signed it. You didn't know what the future held, how many chips you would win, e.t.c when you signed it, but you have to stand by it. So playing mind games like "I'll rehab on company time instead of the summer" seemed selfish to him especially since it was their last run. Like you really bout to pull this during our last run?Great documentary. As someone who has never watched basketball this is all new to me.
Why was sitting out such a big deal. Wasn't too clear to me.
Watched all the way thru episode 6 because I needed a distraction from real life, the rewatchability of these episodes is HIGH and will definitely have me rewatching on Sundays, and MJ is fukking hilarious when he's just interacting with folks and not putting on the front for media that he did during his playing days. I get why he's faded to the background after dealing with the madness for all those years but dude needs to be on camera doing something.
Dude is super competitive and you have to respect that but there is a line between being competitive and an a$$hole...Michael Jordan’s personality is not what I expected at all
I can understand why some people call him an a$$hole
Seems to still have a real vitriol hate for Isiah Thomas. Is that really just because he roughed him up?

MJ was a habitual line stepper...
In episodes 6-8 you'll see exactly what I mean by that...
I’ve watched them all now. I imagine his comments on politics is gonna role some people up. What other moments were you thinking off?
