I’m so glad Houston drafted Olajuwon. Just imagine if they had the foresight to pair MJ with Ralph Sampson? Then Portland DEFINITELY would’ve drafted Olajuwon to play with Clyde (already had the Phi Slamma Jamma connection). The Bulls would’ve ended up drafting Bowie

It was never supposed to be a MJ doc. It’s actually about the 6th championship season. The thing about it is they used MJ so much in the promo materials that they had everybody thinking it’s a MJ documentary.

I’m really loving this though. The time jumps to help realize the history behind how they got where they are is amazing to me.

Ok makes sense then. I thought this was solely about MJ.

Why is the story jumping around like this?

Because it's necessary to flash back to important points in their past in order to explain what's happening in the final season. And also why everyone is behaving the way they are.

If they just showed MJ and Pippen tormenting Krause without showing moments that built up to it they would look like psychopaths.

So going back to MJ's second season not only shows you MJ styling on Celtics but also shows that he was already at war with the front office in his second year in the league.

Krause catching a lot of heat but I could kinda see where he’s coming from and his eye for talent/team construction has to be commended.

The only thing I will say is he should have been content and played the background instead of being thirsty for credit and the team shouldn’t have been broken up until they lost. He was hell bent on breaking them up not just because they were aging but because of sour personal relationships with them and because he wanted to build another winner to validate himself.
