espn announced the doc was dropping today the day before this tweet

Lebron is a fukkin weirdo :mjlol:

It all comes together :troll::mjgrin:

Via ESPN:

“The universe has such a funny sense of humor. Because when I woke up, I put on ESPN while I’m getting dressed, and there’s LeBron [James] and the Cavaliers parading through the streets of Cleveland with the trophy that they’d just won.”

Tollin’s pitch worked, and the wheels were in motion on “The Last Dance.” On the very day LeBron James was celebrating what many have called the greatest NBA Finals performance in history, Michael Jordan finally said yes to a series that will likely convince a large swath of new generation that he’s the greatest player to ever live. That may just be a coincidence, but it also may not be.

I’m so glad Houston drafted Olajuwon. Just imagine if they had the foresight to pair MJ with Ralph Sampson? Then Portland DEFINITELY would’ve drafted Olajuwon to play with Clyde (already had the Phi Slamma Jamma connection). The Bulls would’ve ended up drafting Bowie :mjcry:

Hakeem was going to #1 no matter who had the pick. The question was, Portland passing on MJ.

Disregard that and focus on what the producer is saying then.

Jordan finally ok'd the Doc after Bron's team beat the 73 win Warriors. There's levels of insecurity in all greats :yeshrug:
WHAT:damn:

I just read an article that Spike never got the opportunity to pitch to Mike regarding this footage. I literally REFUSE to believe that Spike fukking Lee wouldn’t “know what to do”’with this footage.

I said earlier I think either Spike or the breh who did OJ Made in America could have really put in work on this. Its captivating because its Jordan. However, its not really (at least so far) putting into the mode of just how GOD LIKE MJ was in those days. Especially its impact on the black community. Also remember Ali was hated during his prime (by whites) and only after he was done was loved. MJ was the first to transcend and be LOVED by everyone.
