You party up in squad and everyone is supposed to ready up.....we did that but it would only put the leader in a match. It says full match even if it's half emtpy or cannot connect to server.

You make a Party on PSN and do it. Whoever is the Party Leader has to initiate the matchmaking. Everybody has to Ready Up on their end. Just got a good run in and got a feel for the game.
Depends on the Lobby you playing... if you find a long match for Bounty Hunter you can level up fast. Got all 3 classes to like 10 or higherDudes going in I see level 12's already

Yeah it seems like team work is the way to go here every time I get put on a team that's working together we all beast. Waiting 5+ minutes to get put in a match tho
