Are you concentrating on doing missions/side ops?
Your GMP and processed materials are simply a matter of scrounging and grinding.
Only way this should be a problem is if you're not keeping an eye on either before developing new equipment.

Breh I got stuck on mission 16 where i need to extract the truck. Then i started doing side missions like crazy I only get to play on the weekend but I can't believe I don't have the stats to build that shyt yet ? Do I need to make my base bigger to rank up or what
it's like I'm maxed out. I don't know breh I'm not finessing this game right or something.

So I just started playing this (finished off Witcher 3 first) I'm enjoying it, there's still a lot I don't understand though but I'm having fun. I'm on mission 8 i believe, still waiting for D Dog to grow up so I can take him with me and by base is still I need a better fulton

I didn't even think of that lol. I used decoys to distract them, crawled to the truck & fulton it out. and booked it.

It's the last mission I did before jumping back on Destiny.
Did the mission like 2 times before I got it.
I didn't have the weapons or materials to mess with them like that.
Had to turn their resources around on them. lol

Man I swear I don't know if I'm just bullshytting with the game or I just plain fukking suck. But I got to have 40 hours in the shyt and can't level up the Fulton to high enough to steal trucks. Wtf I'm stealing soldiers left and right and cant build my base Rd up for shyt man . I tried switching around teams and everything how many hours yall putting in this

what exactly is holding you back from developing it? do you have the Transportation specialist? if you need to get your RnD up, just move people over there. get the upgrade for your binoculars that shows stats, and try to extract some dudes with high (>C) RnD
