Breh I'm at the same spot I'm pulling every trick out the fukking bag I feel like I need to level up or some shyt. I'm killing the guards putting dolls up in thier place. Real life mission impossible shyt. My setups are oceans 11 thoughtout just straight
Hell I even planted c4 to take out the tanks. None of that shyt matters hop in that truck getting murked
I need them Fultons upgrades to grab trucks apparently.

keep moving (I was pretty much running in circles around a couple buildings) and try to hit them with 'nades and rockets. once those run out, shoot them in the face with your rifle. having Quiet covering you helps too
