You got to do like over 5 main missions to find a cure for that too. One of them took me 2hrs because if the guards even get cautious the target will run to the end of the mission area and it's almost impossible to find him. DD, Quiet, Support helicopter couldn't even find him nearby. Like 20% of motherbase died because of that mission
