I never watched the first movie until yesterday since I was going to watch the second one today with some people from work. I liked the movie but didn't really come in looking for a new BP. Just appreciated it as a continuation of the movie I watched yesterday. And because of that the majority female cast didn't bother me. It's just what was left over after Chadwick died.

the funny thing is people complained that Killmonger got killed off. Now they wanted Namor to be killed.
I guarantee if Namor got killed, people arguments would just switch to "they always kill their interesting villains".
Realistically they couldn’t kill off Namor. Not only because he’s one of the more interesting villains of late, but because where do you go after that? His people aren’t gonna stop attacking Wakanda.
But they shouldn’t have killed the queen either. Her death was unnecessary.
