The trailer looks good. I'll definitely be watching this in theaters.

It's obvious from the trailer that Shuri is going to end up being BP in the film. I hope that this is only temporary though. I don't think that a Shuri-led BP franchise would be successful. Also, for me personally, I don't like Letitia Wright. She's great as Shuri but in-person, not great.

Hopefully, there's some (good) surprises in this movie though.

Marvel always knows how to put together a trailer or the company they hire to do them does. I’ve learnt not to get too excited about them. Dr Strange 2 and Thor:Love and Thunder had amazing trailers too, look how they turned out when we saw the actual movies.

But I was curious that a lot of these shots we’d seen already. It basically confirms most of that script leak. I imagine the reshoots probably changed a few small parts.

Most curious for me we got 2 secs of Shuri as Black Panther and a rather suspicious lack of dialogue scenes.

I’m expecting an OK movie not a great or rememberable one.

Seems far too many compromises have been made to not have to just recast.

It sucks this is the situation. With all the talk recently seems Feige is laying the groundwork for a recast. I think even they know this situation is now untenable and with 2 MCU movies in a row being pretty derided. To have a third one get that work as well. That would not be a good look at all.

Nah. The Thor trailer was ass. I couldn’t even get thru it and knew it wasn’t going to be good. I ended up being right.

As for Dr. Strange, the trailer didn’t excite me at all.


The only trailer(s) that popped and lived up to expectations was Shang Chi. The Eternals trailer was visually stunning, but it lacked substance. You didn’t really know what to expect.

In ONE trailer with Wakanda Forever, they basically hit on everything without giving anything away.
