I think that’s the case for every movie…

In existence

they could have waited longer due to the passing and just recasted would have been my preference. all I"m saying.

you literally have people out there wondering why T'Challa wasn't even in the trailer :francis:

Brah if you dont stop with these goofy comparisons. None of those characters are leads but Blade and his movie will be half filled with white people in the supporting cast.

If anyone wanted a black woman lead franchise, then they should be demanding franchisees for characters like Monica Rambeau and Misty Knight, instead of trying to erase a black male character so they can take over his.

Those pictures are literally from the movies/series that Falcon, Blade, and War Machine are leading dummy.

I know you try-hards interpret everything as part of your existential war against black women, but no one "erased t'challa so they could give the series to women." Chadwick Bozeman was supposed to lead 3 movies and then he died. It's tragic and it sucks and no one could do anything about it.

You don't even know what is going to happen with the franchise. All we've seen is that the obvious characters best positioned to be important after t'challa's death are there. For all you know they're will be another male Panther, possible even another t'challa, by Black Panther 3.

I honestly don't even know how some of y'all expect to procreate with as much animosity as you hold towards women being involved in anything. Will your life go on if there's not a man in the front of this particular imaginary comic book superhero movie?

Chadwick Boseman the actor died. T'Challa the character is immortal. Same way Peter Parker, Bruce Wayne, Clark Kent/Kal-El are immortal. The character T'Challa deserves the same respect and legacy as all the other White heroes by being portrayed throughout time by different actors. Young Black boys deserve to see their hero T'Challa - who is and always will be Black Panther - represented on the big screen. Of course it won't happen now, but there is no justifiable reason to kill off the character T'Challa forever just because the actor who played him died. With the multiverse the MCU can easily recast and bring in a T'Challa from another universe; hopefully one closer to the Christopher Priest and Reginald Hudlin comic book versions of the character.

There's a TON of casuals who went to see BP off the hype and never watched an MCU film before that. I'm not surprised at shyt no more.

Y’all got to stop with all this “Incel” and “women hater” labels cuz it’s not simply ain’t true. Nobody is hating this cuz it is primary Black females in it. We hate it cuz Marvel is doing a disservice by removing T’Challa from the MCU entirely.

Where is that happening other than in your imagination?

If Shuri was BP for this film and a recast T’Challa was then made BP for the 3rd one (just like in the comics where Shuri was BP for a short while until T’Challa returned) then hardly anyone would have a problem with that.

Yes they would, I've seen more than enough hate on this forum alone to be sure of that.

:mjlol:

99.9% of the people bytching don't even have the slightest clue whether that option has been ruled out and yet here they are fuming.

This is obvious as fukk. And if Marvel had CGI'd Chadwick in to lead the whole movie they woulda bytched about that too.

Judging by the way MCU has handled their characters after this film the mantle of BP will be passed on to a black man, so what exactly is the problem?
