I went and saw BP because it was a black superhero movie…respect to Chadwick but I ain’t really watch the biopics he played in and my interest in BP was piqued because there was finally a leading black hero, and a big ensemble cast, not because Chadwick was the lead.

Yea I don't understand why they didn't recast. I don't think the general audience really would've cared. I mean we had to believe that, Val kilmers batman, was the exact same version as Michael Keatons, then we had to believe that Clooneys batman was the exact same one as kilmers, which was essentially keaton

Love is a long road.

i didn’t know blade was supposed to be a superhero until recently
, shyt felt like a random Wesley snipes fighting vampires flick, I didn’t enjoy the first and never saw the sequels…blade ain’t hit no where near where black panther did as far as establishing a tier one black superhero. storm was the only other but they made her a second or third thought in the movies compared to her in the early 90’s comics and cartooni didn’t know blade was supposed to be a superhero until recently
Well, I guess you didn't know that Wesley Snipes tried to get a Black Panther movie off the ground in the 90s, he only did the Blade movies to show Marvel, who were having financial troubles at the time, that it could be done and be successful for a small budget and was able to spawn two sequels from it. Blade II was good, and Blade Tragedy was trash, but that has more to do with direction and writing. In all honestly, if it wasn't for the first two Blade movies being successful a lot of other Marvel properties would have never seen the light of day or taking seriously.

He's been my go to for tchalla before baseman, it's just a shame he's tied down with Hackman. Hopefukky it's a one and done role
