You have no idea how much it pains me to say this. I’ve been a Black Panther stan since before many people knew who he was. The fact of the matter is that T’Challa is as important to the Black Panther franchise as Bruce Wayne is to Batman or Clark Kent is to Superman. You can’t have one without the other. This shyt is going to fail.

The movie had five rushed scripts and an actual actor who is in the film said he's was @ what they were trying to with this movie

More and more it looks like they never had a plan to develop T'Challa's character in BP sequels.

Seems like his sequels were always going to be low key platforms for Namor, Doom etc. It explains why they didn't delay the film after Chadwick died; they gotta introduce Namor on schedule.

Also since all heroes have female counterparts in phase 4, they probably already planed to put a female in a BP suit for this movie before Chadwick died.

I said this in another thread on here a few weeks back.

If Marvel had plans for his character they would have recast his character after his passing. Them not doing shows they were not thinking long term.

I remember before he died they were rumors that Boseman was unhappy with Marvel because they were planning to replace him with his sister which obviously change up the amount of money he could command.

I think there’s a strong chance had he lived he still would have been written out of the movies regardless.

I think his passing just made it easier for them to write out the character like they were planning.

When Robert Downey Jr was playing hardball with Marvel over his salary back around 2013 when his contract ended, they told him they would have no problems recasting him if he didn't come back. There was never any talk of his character being written out because his character was going to be integral to what they were doing in the future irrespective of the actor.

It's clearly not the same with Black Panther. They never had long term plans for the character.

Chad's passing just made it easier for them to do it.

Probably fake.
I doubt they would kill off to TaChalla and Queen Ramonda in the same movie.

But, considering other mcu heros have non comic canon kids, the part about a son with Naki might be true. But if they're going to do that then it should have been Azari, his son with Storm. Not this kid they just made up
