That's what I feared even more, when they announced Riri. The Wakanda Forever title already implies they didn't believe they had a strong lead character that fit the story.

I'm really worried. In a movie that was already criticized for not focusing on T'Challa enough, we're going to explain his absence, then introduce Namor, Atlanteans and Ironheart?

Shuri (or maybe just the actress that plays her) is not a lead. They're really overestimating how much we liked her
