I know Dan Raphael scored it 120-108. everyone is shytting on CJ Ross's card but looking at the other two judges cards, I have no idea what they were seeing to give canelo 3-4 rounds. breh got thoroughly outclassed. i was very disappointed with the judging of the main event. on the other hand, the judges of the garcia matthysse fight had it scored perfectly

After that near loss to Trout he probably figured he'd lose one of his next few so you might as well capitalize on that undefeated record while you can...

I'm surprised at Floyd's power. He doesn't have knock out power but he has enough to make bigger guys respect him.

I think it has more to do with his accuracy and the opponent usually not seeing the punch coming. That trumps power every time imo.

actually I was googling canelo over the weekend and a st0rmfr0nt thread came up, and they were trying to consider him white because his european features were dominant, and because of that were going to root for him.

I always thought that it was weird that people thought Canelo was going to just punch Mayweather into oblivion or something. I felt that, just from looking at footage of Canelo's fights, he didn't have the speed or technique to beat Mayweather in any way (stamina is a given, since I think Canelo's a Middleweight).

I mean, I gave him 3 rounds, and I thought he looked good given the situation he was in, but Canelo wasn't winning that fight. When you look exhausted by the 4th Round against Mayweather, you don't have a chance.

i was looking at a boxing forum and over the years she has given draws in fights that the other 2 judges scored heavy for the winner.

shes definitely getting paid by someone to make certain fights end up as majority or split decisions.
