And WHEN supes grows up,becomes that boy scout that in the end he is it will have been EARNED.

It will be earned because we've watched him grow, watched him struggle, watched him "break the rules" of what supes is supposed to be.

Instead of being an all perfect supes right away, even though he was raised by humans and would undoubtedly be a human emotionally so that would make little sense,we will have seen him become that. It will be earned and endure him to us because we've seen him grow to be that. It makes him relatable.

That's good writing and the way to reconnect a character to a public that lost interest in him long ago. I don't give a fukk what some pretentious euro faq who still watches wrestling in 2016 thinks.

And Henry cavill has portrayed all this with minimal dialogue. He's a great supes fukk the haters.

Public perception plays a huge factor in it also. MoS was the best action i seen in a superhero movie i gotta put it slightly above Cap because of Supes n Zods abilities

the WHOLE DAMN ACTION SCENES IN MOS damn near better than anything CBM have put out.. shyt was so beautifully done.. BASED SNYDER :lawd:

I actually liked MOS a lot despite the editing problems but for a sequel I'd like a more confident Superman leading this film especially after BVS he shouldn't have as much conflict as before after the sacrifice he made.

So was BvS, I've seen dudes on here say all Supes did was mope and get his ass beat when there was an ENTIRE MONTAGE of him going around the world saving folk.

The montage scenes you mentioned are treated as an afterthought. It's not like we get to witness those heroics and experirence them firsthand. The movie never takes the time to celebrate and glorify Superman's feats because it's too busy apologizing for them.

However the main reason why Superman feels like such a weakling is because he's never triumphant in the face of danger. We see that he can save Lois by plowing down a measly human terrorist but whenever he's confronted with a real challenge he falls short every time. He doesn't win the people over, he doesn't thwart Luthor's scheme, he doesn't beat Batman, he doesn't beat Doomsday... he doesn't even save his own mother.

Wonder Woman gets hit by Doomsday, she gets pushed back 20 feet, she smiles and goes right back at him. Superman gets hit by Doomsday and he goes flying 1000 feet. When he finally gets his moment and strikes the final blow, he gets fukkin OWNED and he dies!

And you don't see why people think this way?

That is one of my main criticisms of BVS do we really need scenes with batman in the batmobile for the billionth time let's get some actual scenes of Superman saving people from some dangerous situations or advertising disasters.

To your second point I agree as well Superman getting dogged out bad.

Man of Steel is one of the most boring superhero movies I've ever seen.

I haven't seen it in awhile though, I'll check it out this week to confirm...
the movie is boring and stupid. the fight scenes were very cool visually. Snyder killed the visuals during the fight scenes it was like watching some Dragonball Z shyt but the rest of the movie was awful so it's still an awful movie.
