Of course, how you get your numbers matter more than their totals. JJJ is an efficient, skilled offensive player who spreads the court well. He's the sort of guy that you would love to have starting on a title team. If I had a chance to draft a guy like that then the ONLY player I would take over him would be a guaranteed star. I can see a situation 10 years from now where Luka is a decent but not great star, Trae is still putting up numbers while playing no defense for trash teams, Ayton is underperforming, and people are legitimately saying that they would take JJJ #1 if they ran back the draft.
Oh, and JJJ gets 2.4 contested rebounds/game. That's decent. Trae gets 0.4 contested rebounds/game. That's one of the worst in the league. It's not super important but it was silly to look at their total rebounds cause those are meaningless right now.
