That was the whole reason they went on the museum adventure in episode 4, and the reason that Tic was trying to decypher the codes in episode 5. Hippolyta's golden solar system ties into it too. The big story pieces are there.

I think my issue is the times we've got to see Tic and Leti communicate with Christina has been really short formed. I have a the general idea from reading the book and how they dealt with Caleb.

I can see your point. To me, Lovecraft Country is like playing GTA 5 or some shyt. There's so much other stuff to do, that we forget the main mission.

Guess I’m the only one that likes the show

I dig the show.
I like the acting, the story, the set design, etc.
I just dont dig the agenda signaling.
There's a way for Black women to make their voices heard and tell their stories without it being heavy handed and at the expense of Black male characters, but women haven't learned how to do that yet.
