I don't see it passing but seems interesting and then I wonder what parishes/districts would legalize it if allowed and which ones would be Not in my backyard.

Hell if you can't get legalization let parishes vote to decriminalize it at least so you can't get arrested for just possession. I know i got caught with weed a couple times in East Baton Rouge parish and they just give you a misdemeanor court summons but back at home in St Landry Parish they taking MFs to jail over a blunt
