I've gotten familiar with Louisiana the last few years being in HTX (hipster transplantspeak for Houston, TX) and I know a lot of posters either live there, have roots there or are familiar with the Bayou State....
I'm a cooon? Cause I don't want to ClitRide HillRod all day, everyday.
How many threads do you have on Africa or the African Diaspora?
How many times have you talked about African Americans and partnering businesswise with likeminded Africans?
How much do talk about Black Hollywood and Nollywood and the need for that one film to get shiit poppin.
How many times have you bigged up HBCUs?
How many times have you talked about rejuvenating urban black neighborhoods with educated/middle class income black residents?
How many times have you talked about BHO and Hillary destroying Libya, which was trying to help build up Africa?
How many times have you talked about Clinton Foundation stealing billions from Haitian relief funds?
Hell. how many times did you post in African Diaspora female rating series?
Breh if you don't sitcho ass down somewhere, before I have to disrupt the flow of this thread with multiple posts of everything I just stated, and make you look extra silly, cause you have nothing of the like in your postology...
Now enjoy the thread breaux and stay on topic
Soo....yeah
I've been to Lake Charles, Alexandria, Lafayette, Baton Rouge, New Orleans, and Monroe. Visiting Shreveport next month to make rhe cypher complete...more or less.
Food. I grew up eating gumbo and jambalaya out the box in North Carolina, and it was always a great dinner or family function....keep in mind I have zero relatives from Louisiana, but the ladies in my family knew how to put it down in the kitchen. So coming here to the spiritual homeland and trying the variety of gumbo/jambalaya recipes just puts a tear in my optics I never had boudain really till I came here, even in Houston. Can't do cracklin or crawdads, but yall know how to give extra life to the pecan. Seafood on point, but them shrimp can be a lil
Women. So I'll cut to the chase. It seems like the baddest jawns are from Opelousas down through Lafayette. A percentage of every chick I meet in person, even in Houston, or see on dating apps from there are 8s, 9s, 10s. It must be the Creole/Cajun good over there. Still plenty of attractive women across the board, New Orleans and BR have more people and more transplants, so a lot of nice looking ones there too. I noticed in Lake Charles area at least, alot of red-haired white women...like a lot.
Culture. Very cool. Very different than NC. Zydeco. Trailrides. The French/Cajun infusion. I seems like blacks have made huge strides in this state, but still some things to improve upon. A lot of the petrochemical jobs seem to be bringing in more Hispanics. Then being close to Texas probably rubs off alot anyway.
Nah. I m gonna ride on you every time cuz you hated on Obama at every turn and giving Trump passes. Youre even defending him. Yes you're a c00n.
I don't need to be puffing my chest here about what I do irl. Real HL heads know. I'm not just posting and thinking, I'm an active member of my society.
I'm gonna keep calling you out for the c00n you are because the same racists you're defending are ducking with any funding we used to get to help those kids out.

Ok breh. I talk shiit about all politicians if they doing fukkboi policymaking...across the board. If they doing good/decent policymaking, I'll acknowledge it.
Calm your bitter ass down. The election was last year. Get a grip on reality. I care deeply about the state of black people across the world. There are other threads to express your grievances, but here in this thread talk about Louisiana shiit please....

Sadly my dad is from Opelousas. Since its so small I just considered every woman I've met there as a potential family member. Shreveport isn't anything special. I gotta spend a few nights up there next month and I'm not looking forward to it. I'm from Abbeville so I may be bias but southwest Louisiana has the best food.
