what are some home workouts you would recommend for chest & leg workouts? ive been working out off and on for the whole year and then I finally started going at it full time.

Still doing this routine but I haven't been going heavy on legs for like the past month since I started having issues with my knee.

no homo but you easily have the best body on here i think its so sharp looking at all muscle groups.
