I have some gels n patches that I put on the area that makes getting around a bit easier. Exercise wise I had to toss squats + deads into the bushes tho :francis: my favorite exercise :francis:

Do you use joint supps?

Bromelain
Cissus
Boswellia Serrata

All have analgesic properties and would make your situation manageable until surgery. I get sciatica in my right hip at times so I have a fraction of understanding what you're going through.

You big on crunches? I've come to believe they're a big cause of hip problems

Yeah the necrosis is of the left n right femoral head with various spots of infarcts :francis: I don't use crutches I don't think I'm to that point yet. It just recently got to the point that it's fukking with my movement.

I peeped @ocmfII shyt about his shoulder n got a referral for a good sports medicine ortho in my area so I'm going to take the mri results there and see how I should move forward now.

Yeah @Spliff put me on. The doc has to understand that your goal is to resume athletic activity and not give up and live w it. That's the most important thing. You have to both be on same page about the course of action and what you're looking to gain out of it.

damn that's fukked up. couldn't imagine goin through that shyt. well stay strong breh and get your shyt right. I know the shyt won't stop you from being a beast:salute:

Man that's crazy, the sc prolly got your pain threshold above the average person anyway.

But yeah give those joint supps a try. Some people respond immediately, others notice pain reduction and improved mobility within a week.

The bromelain is marketed as a digestive enzyme. Don't take it with food. Take it on an empty stomach.

Don't remember what my stats were exactly when I started but I'm guessing 130somthing...I'll look for some pics to post so ya'll can :laugh:.

Working out with sc sucks man. I have to workout at a slower pace and sometimes end workouts early if I feel I pushed myself too hard. It makes working out with a partner almost impossible but my boys do understand though whenever we do work out. Like there are signs to look for when an attack is about to happen so if I feel any of those I get out of there and down two gatorades. The worst though is the weight fluctuation like getting sick will eventually happen and when it does 15-20lbs will be lost, ain't shyt I can do about it. It bothers me less now though, I know I'll gain it back and I look at working out like a marathon now instead of a sprint.

That's how it is with me and my asthma/panic attacks. I had to end my weightlifting early today.

Somedays I'm just not feeling it. But you're truly an inspiration...

:mjlol: nah he pulls his punches except in that last gif because the kid tried to get cute n tag him kind of hard before that. He keeps it light unless he gets tagged hard then he gives em receipt :demonic:
