That's crazy right? I'm still trying to wrap my head around it. And Deadline is reporting that it may have been the biggest opening of all time when the dust settles this morning. Insane. Universal is owning the summer right now with that, Furious 7 and pitch perfect 2

Out of everything that has dropped so far (and grant it, its only June) it was the perfect summer flick. It hits all quadrants, it's a roller coaster, it has a summer feel, it's got spectacle, and it's fun. And of course they promoted the hell out of it

Amazing gross. I was thinking 150 domestic tops... I haven't seen it yet, had too much shyt to do this weekend. Maybe this Friday on my day off.
