The more I think about this movie, this to me is not a Joker movie, just a guy who suffers from a serious mental illness and is dwelling in self pity and feels like society owes him something.
I can never see him developing the charm and charisma that the Joker has down the line and if this version came up against Batman it would be goodnight and that's all she wrote.
I don't understand the pedestal this movie is being put on, for me it's awful and I felt awful watching it.
