I still cant get over the fact that Bruce Willis drowned in a puddle. :what:

Part to question was it all in his head or not. Because it was just a puddle, but in his mind it was being drown in the pool all over again.

The fact the put emphasis on it being merely a puddle suggests the intentional point.

I get where you're coming from but he didnt have an issue punching his way out of the tank when he was with the beast. :yeshrug:

Which further points that it's all in his head.... I mean if you BELIEVE you are actually drowning then no matter if it's a puddle, it doesn't matter. We know he's strong enough to escape, but in his mind that's his Kryptonite. Every one of them had UNDERWHELMING deaths. Mr. Glass with a brilliant mind, killed because of crushed caved in lungs. Kevin when he's the beast believe that bullets bounce off of him, but killed by a bullet. Dunn, with all the so-called superpowers he claims to possess... killed by being held down to a puddle. All of them underwhelming, and that was part of the POINT.

the first half was a little slow and Dr. Staples made it worse since she was annoying. the writing for her character was obnoxious and it was obvious that she had ulterior motives.

the second half when Glass showed his intentions was really good tho. the final showdown was a little anti-climatic as well but the twist at the end was good. overall it was ok and i prefer unbreakable and split over this. james mccavoy is a great actor. that role is really hard.

I had a bunch of AMC rewards to cash in, so I saw this shyt for free & had a large popcorn & drank to top it off :blessed:

As for the film itself, it’s fun if you shut your mind off for 2+ hours and ignore the heavy plot contrivances and holes. McAvoy was the star of the show, Samuel L. Motherfukking Jackson kept my attention even when he spent a good amount of time not doing anything, the twists were fun. It’s not great, and I totally get the criticisms, but I enjoyed it.
