New York City. I mean Kansas.
Anybody wanna spoiler tag and put me up on what happened? I assume it was a certain event that was mentioned throughout the film.

it is. Henry lays out on the grass a mile out from a bullet train and snipes the target sitting a few inches from a little cracker bytch. then his dia handler visits him at his home to try to talk him out of retiring

Just got back from seeing it, the movie was shot weird and the dialogue was ass. And how do you have Will Smith in an action movie where he only has like like 3 funny lines? The story reminded me of something the COD people would come up with :francis: the action was aight but their wasn't enough of it.

Story and dialogues were abhorrent trash but this film did make me a believer of HFR (High frame rate). When Peter Jackson did it with The Hobbit I wasn't sold on it because of the much touted "soap opera" effect even if it produced incredible visuals such as Gollum looking more real than ever, but Ang Lee shows here it truly is the way of the future. I only saw this in 60fps 3D IMAX instead of the optimal 120fps and while it still needs some getting used to, the sharpness of the picture during the action scenes is insane. What there is in action is really dope too, that chase in Cartagena and the fight in the Budapest catacombs are mind blowing. It really is a shame there isn't a better movie underneath it to support Lee's advance in the future of film, but I do think he is making an important step here, and since Avatar 2 will also be 3D HFR it will be interesting how that will really push the industry forward.

It was ok. The movie hinted at a lot of dope shyt it didn’t follow through on and I would’ve loved to see. Will was on point but it seemed stuck between being a 90s movie and something for the now. Which makes sense since the script has been around for almost 30 years.

I loved the cast but Clive Owen was wasted and never got enough time to make much of a dent. The concept is still cool, the movie looked gorgeous even in standard format, and the action was on point. It’s just little bits in the story that bring it down. Like I said, it’s okay. Nothing I’ll probably think about beyond me typing this.

The year 3030
I liked it overall, Will killed it, but no surprise since it's Will

saw this in 3D+HFR and it looked pretty good...it was like watching a TV show, did not look like a standard flick....and
that final fight, shyt was like a video game, especially with this 3d+HFR....when the third clone kept getting back up and they kept shooting, shyt was like a boss battle

the entire motorcycle sequence looked cool too, when it went slow mo and shyt

the ending was a lil cheesy with the college shyt but :lolbron:

What was that last weapon blast? It's so powerful and blows people away but can be fired like the last shot with no blast splash damage or recoil from close up range? Da fukk?
