I just want to see Gavin get buried for getting involved in the PGE scandal by influencing the process after they were found GUILTY of manslaugher in the Paradise fires. They are uncovering some shady stuff as to how the supposed "unbiased non political process" went down.
I don't know how a company can be found guilty of being complacent that led to many deaths, instructed to pay the families that lost everything (millions owed)...subsequently filed for bankruptcy. The state then approved their bankruptcy plan to delay paying the families until the company could become profitable again. PGE then raises rates on its customers by 15 percent and starts tiered pricing. All the while the stock price stayed flat and its executives continue to pay themselves large incentives and bonuses.
They literally fixed the game where they raised rates on the customers in order to foot the bill on what they owed the families.
The public utilities commission in California was being pressed by Gavin for the deal to go down like this. If they can prove it I would love to see it!
