Some of the best writing of this season has lowkey been Messi.

When she basically told Dany to burn the entire shyt down, people and all, it was completely justified looking at it from her point of view.

They fought for the north when they coulda just went to King’s Landing and put Cersei’s body bag in a body bag.

They get to the north and everyone treats her and Greyworm like it’s Game of Thrones: Django Edition.

They’re literally fighting and dying to protect the north and at the same time Sansa is (justifiably) in the crypts conspiring against Dany in Messi’s face.

Every time she looks up someone is questioning Dany (aka the person who saved everyone) or outright speaking ill of her.

All she’s seen since arriving in Westeros is hate, hate, politics and more hate. In her eyes it makes sense for Dany to dracarys the whole fukking kingdom and build something better.

Too bad we know Dany is a batshyt loon. :russ:

Dany's problem was she came to Westeros trying to be friends with everybody.

Made people think they had a say in the matter. Nobody likes a conqueror. That's why they're called conquerors.

I'm sure Aegon the Conqueror didn't have no dwarfs and dikkless bald dudes at his round table telling him to think about the people and the noble families :mjcry: Nah. That dude was fukking shyt up. Either you was with it or you was gone. And all the noble families he rose up to replace the lords he got rid of seemed to fall in line extra fast lol. Viserys probably wouldn't have made it this far but, it he was in King's Landing, he would've burned that whole shyt down before he allowed Cersei to even think she had a chance :russ:

And some people in here act like we're wrong for being critical of the writers:mjlol:
They get mad if you don't love literally every episode. This episode wasn't too bad. Last episode wasn't bad either. But the writing and the direction it's going in, leaves plenty to be desired. I'll still keep watching no matter what. This is the only show in my life I've watched beginning to end. D&D have disappointed, but I will forever respect them for even having the vision to make a show out of GRRM's work. And I know it's tough for them since GRRM hasn't finished the books. Again, not a horrible episode but, meh...........

The plotline for this season is good enough to reel you in initially every sunday. But at the end of each episode it leaves you feeling meh....

Keyboard:picard:

This ain't 2012 I'm on my phone

But yeah, episode was brilliant.

Jaime's scene:wow:. Admitting his true nature

Hound.....Sanda the goddess holding down the Stark name:wow:

Dany's turn....Bronn....Varys....Tyrion. Jon taking after Ned letting his big mouth put everyone in danger

But duh writing dur duh dur. I swear I can't stand some of yall....should be banned from even being able to use that word. Boy who cried wolf ass critics. There has been plenty of shyt writing, you lose credibility when you talk shyt about episodes like this.

9/10

:wow:
I swear between this thread, twitter, and r/asoiaf, I never seen an episode this panned. This episode was great to me, only second to episode 2 of the season. I hated last week’s episode but I felt like they bounced back strong with this one. Idk if this is just how people react when a show they like is ending in a way they didn’t anticipate or if they have legitimate complaints. But seems like people just take pleasure hatewatching this show.
