Agree 100%.

If they split up and started their own debate shows with new co-hosts I have no doubt that Shannon's show would do better than Skips, he's been burnt out for a good 3 years now.

They easily either put Shannon on the Carton Show slot or move Skip back to NYC to work with Carton to help that show. I think those are the best options if they split them up

Skip isn‘t moving back to NY as it would defeat the purpose of him re-signing there in the first place. With how much they’re paying him, they’ll just replace Shannon with someone else and keep it moving like Skip obviously wants.

if u read all three tweets in a row, he didn't say anything wrong. That last tweet could be misunderstood (especially when you factor in who it's coming from) but the general theme of all the tweets was concern for the player.

even in da last tweet, he finished by saying the game feels irrevelant right now, but again skip is known for being insensitive and saying dumb shyt. so i get it

There's no way I can see either Shannon or Skip working with Carton, especially Skip. He would view it as beneath him.

That’s pretty much what you said. I cant identify him in a Walmart, therefore (fill in blank with your bullshyt)________.” :camby:

Sorry… Some people just aren’t cool with someone with a fake history of empathy saying everything is irrelevant to five minutes later saying how it is relevant to football. Especially when theres a long history of black bodies being moved on quickly. And you have a problem with people who point that out as being trash and the black component being identified as part of the reason
Let's just call a spade a spade breh. You dislike Skip Bayless, Stephen A, and whoever else fits your "talking head" characterization. You've made this abundantly clear for years on this board. You're hiding behind being faux concerned for Black people to continue to pile on a man you clearly despise. It seems to affect you that others haven't gotten on board with your opinion of these people. Your life hasn't been impacted in the least by breh almost dying from a football play. Miss me with the bullshyt. It's to the point where you actually seem to envy people who are able to have lucrative careers espousing the same shyt u post on the Coli for free. Nothing worse than a jealous grown man. You bringing in the New Year on some sucka shyt. It isn't their fault u lack the talent or wherewithal to do what they do. You remind me of cacs like John from Ronkonkoma calling into WFAN to complain about professional ballplayers making millions of dollars to play a kid's game.

Skip didn't even say anything wrong in the tweet.

He said what is the nfl going to do with the game and the season. Two things that have now become irrelevant due to circumstance

What exactly are people mad about?
Partly mob mentality.

Skip made posts before that one, but nobody looked at those.

I think it was just poor timing

Bruh… I dislike the miss use of black bodies and how quickly they are moved on, period.

I don’t care who it is. I don’t even watch police shootings being replayed on television over and over again anymore. It’s all a spectacle and I bodies are moved on from. I don’t like the situation, it doesn’t matter who is involved. Some niqqas move that way!! :dahell:

That’s the point everyone has been making. That is the point. It’s not a mob mentality. a bunch of people came to the same conclusion at once about his shyty timing. A collective of people can at one time can see and say someone is stupid.

I just looked again, he made 2 posts prior to that one. It was a 3 part post, with the 3rd being the one that caught fire.

Ultimately, he said he was praying for Hamlin and his family(1st post) , that this situation is different from other bad injuries(2nd post) , and that the regular season outcome (and replaying the game) suddenly seems so irrelevant. (3rd post)

I'm not defending him at all bc it's freakin Skip Bayless. I'm just curious if ppl actually read the other 2 parts.
I think not bc 1st post had 900+ comments, 2nd post had 3,500 comments.....3rd post over 100,000 comments

I'm not here to argue, stuff doesn't travel well over text, but the other 2 posts setup the context properly in my mind.

70% of NFL players are Black and they play in a league that's notorious for the lack of guaranteed contracts. Who else would make up the majority of players the league moves on from? Samoans? :skip: This is basic math. Why didn't you stop watching when they blackballed Kaep? Your phony, baloney outrage is transparent breh. It would be much more respectable to just admit you're for whatever gets dude kicked off TV at this point.

Now we playing the racial card? :comeon: Black folks got enough problems in this country without going this route.

Exhibit A of Coli posters who love to brag about how they don't watch these "talking heads" yet always find themselves in a thread when one of their takes go viral. What you think you get a merit badge or brownie points for stating you don't listen to these guys? Is that really the hill you want to die on in an entertainment sense? Because truthfully NOBODY gives a fukk what you think about any of these folks. If you like the content, watch and enjoy it. If you don't, keep it pushing. All these opinions you're sharing could've been posted in the game thread. Yet here you are in an Undisputed thread writing paragraphs. You exposing yourself king and its unbecoming :hhh:
No one black uses the term race card

That's exactly what you're doing though. Chances are you would have been unable to identify Damar Hamlin if he were standing behind you at Walmart before this play. But the fact that a self-admitted troll posed a valid question (which millions of other people were thinking) has you out if sorts. Waiting until Wednesday or Thursday to talk about the ramifications of the game being cancelled would do absolutely nothing to better that player's chances of recovering from a terrible injury.

I don't exactly disagree with you in a macro sense about your last point. But please illustrate how that racial dynamic is at play regarding this SPECIFIC situation? A white commentator is getting dragged online for an insensitive tweet related to a Black player dying on the field( before being resuscitated). How is the Black man a victim of racism here? Are you inferring that if a white player suffered the same injury, that Skip wouldn't have made the same tweet? If so, what proof do you have of this besides Coli militancy? Fact is you don't have any proof. The irony in your post is that Black folks (especially Black men) will be the #1 victims of this cancel culture mentality that has become so pervasive in American society.
