Canelo sold out his last fight against Kirkland at a baseball field, I'm positive Mexicans and Ricans gonna show out in Vegas in the 2nd biggest of the year
MSG cleared their schedule for the potential to double their initial investment by partnering with HBO and the promotional companies. They're buying into the potential ticket sales, which they'd then split or keep, depending on the deal. Then there's suites, merchandise, concessions, etc. And more and more, the promoters are working with the arenas to sell to brokers and double & triple revenue from ticket sales.Oh wow. They cleared their schedule to fit GGG for free ? Sounds about right. Tell me where they do that at breh. As far as I'm concerned it's a reason we can only host boxing at the BB&T center instead of the AAA lol while AAA is more well known and better located lol.
The venue pays you to host your event ?
Got my streams on decc, can't wait for GGG to lose on some looney shyt. Homie got Apple commercials & no one outside Justin Long been in one for years.

You really think HBO,GB, and K2 are paying MSG to host their PPV fight that will make millions from ticket sales alone?
And who knows what AAA's issue/stance is regarding boxing.
BB&T was doing things with boxing because Michael Yormark was running things there. You know people in SoFL don't like how he handled the Panthers, but he made them $ by expanding the amount and types of events there to supplement the hockey revenue. His brother runs Barclays and is doing the same there.
200k Xs $50 = 10 Milly
Cable N Dish providers take 50% from the PPV...That leaves us with 5milly
So 5 Milly left to pay all the fighters on the card plus all other expenses...doesn't seem to me like a profit is being made at a 200k buy rate
Yeah, I was just clarifying that one point. I don't consider tickets and the site fee in the PPV equation either, because they'd get that $ with or without PPV. And inherently a big PPV fight will get more $ from every other revenue stream. The main point was most think the PPV only gotta sell 150k to be successful is BS
We used the formula thats always been used 50% off the top to cable providers
The rest of the 50% to cover purses
nikkas wanna switch it up now N bububu but what about ticket sales N Big Drama show program sales
So ok I was wrong bout MSG having to be rented out BUT MSG do have they hand in the pot like you said be it ticket sales or whatever....so thats why we don't factor in tickets sold when talking bout whats a PPV success
I can't breh
