i meant by your stub hub math and logic its not gonna be a sellout... being that tickets are "available" on stub hub...

don't know why the ggg hate and more importantly the idea that the guy isn't prob top 3 draw in boxing right now...

ggg sold out forum 12k... breh.. all mexicans...

WILL BE SURPRISED TO SEE IF HE FIGHTS CANELO WHO THE HARD CORE MEXICANS PLEDGE THEIR ALLEGANCE TOO..LOL..

That's not a sell out breh:dahell:

The Forum holds 17,500....GGG did not sell out the place.

Music wafted through the 17,500-capacity arena

Inglewood's renovated Forum is mostly fabulous

Where they do that at?

MSG & other sites pay a fee to be the site of the fight. I'd guess they paid K2 & GB somewhere in the range of $2-5 mil to host the fight, if not more. But that's a separate revenue stream that they'd get whether it was PPV or not.
If you a big name like Floyd, Cotto or Pac they have a site fee.

I very much doubt they would pay fukking GGG to host his fight there... :mjlol:

the forum has been refurbished mainly to be a music concert venue...

there are seats and sections in that arena that aren't made for boxing.. their tolerable in music venues because music you can hear throughout the arena v.s. boxing match no audio..

i was there.. it was fukking packed.. i couldn't believe it... and it was mostly mexicans.. it felt as if canelo was fighting there..i couldn't believe it... i will be there on sat.. for the double demolition..

they came to shytty as inglewood to watch him starch a bum...

if they knew they could've gotten 12k plus they prob wouldve held it at staples and hope for the over flow of selling tickets..... they didnt know or expected that turnout.. i guarantee you they expected a stub hub center 7k turnout....

you put this fight against lemeiux on ppv at staples and it sells the fukk out..

i saw so many goddam mexcans for triple ggg t-shirts it was digusting..lol

if ggg fights canelo.. i woudlnt be surprised if half the hispanic crowd says fukk it I'm going for ggg

don't know what they guy has as far as charm but seeing him in an apple commercial tells you right there he has something... and others i guess in advertising see it as well.

It also be said that the term 'sellout' depends on how many seats the venue makes available

True.

But if you only make 69% of the venue available, and then say "bu-bu-but it's a sell out" while 31% of the available seats are actually vacant and covered in black sheets...is it really a sell out?

If GGG could really sell out arenas, every seat would be sold. None would not be available or covered up like Floyd, Pacquiao, Canelo fights. Those Boxers TRULY sell out arenas.

I agree with what you're saying. I just wanted to point out that it's hard to tell what a sellout really is based on the way the term is used.

lol... so your saying ggg is not a ticket seller..

better question is you tell me a fighter who can sell tickets on the west coast fighting a bum.?

you tell me who can do that..

they never intended to open up the forum for all the tickets sold.. they do the same shyt for concerts too.. you don't just open up all the seats all the time.. this is due to people being seated in too many spots and gaps are not filled...thats why they scale down places for fights... or certain shows...

can ggg do what canelo did at minute maid park ..nah unless the opponent is right but they were also selling tickets for 10bucks...

@King P was riding with ggg before you jumped on the bandwagon.
Word, I fukks with GGG
I fukks with SOG more though :jawalrus:

But I know bullshyt when I see it. If this was a sellout like they claim, half those sections would be unavailable for ticket purchases. Yet the 200s are available for under 30 bucks and the 100s are dropping fast.

Yeah, real sellout
