Damn, Italian Bluto goes out like that? Sheesh. :damn:
Nice to get a backstory of sorts on that ghost too.
Who claps Loy in the end though? Zelmare? Leon? :jbhmm:

had to guess? Probably Zelmare. Leon wouldn’t be able to get close to Loy like that no more cuz they all know he went to see Justo and Fadda Family

While I've enjoyed this more than 3 this chit has been predictable as hell..

The nurse is going to turn on the fadda brother and blame him for the murder of his father and the "attempted" murder of the guy running the hospital seeing as he already tried to gun dude down...Chris Rock is going to get killed by tthe lesbo[/spoiler\]

Part 1 of your prediction isn't really a "prediction". That's what the girl was implying when she said the information would win the war.
The "predictable" part is that
The nurse is probably already pregnant with Billy Bob Thornton's character from season 1

Probably Zelmare.

OT but her acting in ep. 8 :banderas:

the facial expressions...I forgot how outright dangerous she is

great acting from her throughout the series...she is every bit as scary if not more than italian bluto or the nurse...earlier in the series I was low key hoping she’d kill the nurse for fukking with her niece

I think most people can’t take Chris Rock at face value as a criminal leader. He doesn’t seem like that type to get his hands dirty to rise up the ranks to be in his position. There hasn’t been that “one scene” in this season yet. Season 1 it was when billy bob went COD on the Kansas City mob. Season 2 has too many (any time Mike Milligan was on the screen, the final shootout at the hotel with the UFO, when Fat Damon and Kristen Durnst kidnapped Dod and she stabbed him and fed him beans). Even season 3 had the scenes with the British bloke with the horrible teeth giving those gems about being wealthy and invisible. This season I enjoyed it. The only thing standout parts to me was when Chris Rock told Zero Fadda how to tell when someone respects him. That was cool. And the scene when Chris Rock and goon 2 burst into the hotel to catch Zelmare and the squaw

Zelmare: we don’t like bosses :usure:

Loy: You like bullets?:jbhmm:

Been busy lately, gonna binge this when the season is over same as 3.

Fred.
Honestly with the way this season has been going, that may be best. Wish I could've done a binge on the first go-round cause this shyt is stretched too thin for me to really care on a week-to-week basis. :ld:

I know I’m in the minority, but Chris Rock has been just fine for me, it’s the writing that has been hot garbage. And since it lacks that Fargo charm that past seasons have had, the writing woes are so much more conspicuous.

(as far as that “one scene”, in season one, don’t forget about that whiteout shootout...one of favorite, if not my favorite, scenes in the entire series. That shyt was so piff :banderas:)

You keep asking why the cop whose brain is broken from results of inaction in war is similarly stuck freaking out and unable to move as his life is threatened plus Mormon Raylan on his back? It's obvious to anyone paying attention to the character & that's why he was trying to run away instead of actually dealing with any of the sides that are pulling at him.

Had to revisit this after the last episode... you explained away the cop making illogical choices (not simply telling Faddas where Loy was holding his brother) to him just trying to run away from his problems and then this episode he inexplicably arrests Fadda for no good reason or advantage without any cover for the blowback.

The writing this season has been comically bad. :mjlol:

He did it after hitting his breaking point walking through the bloodbath at the station flashing back to his previous trauma and killing the Marshall. So he gets caught up in thinking he can get control back in his life through his badge again and is very wrong. It completely tracks logically and for that character.

Surprised at the mixed reaction to this season
Ill admit I didn’t buy Chris as a mob boss at first just based off his voice I was like 1.5 episodes in a turned it off, but I have it another chance really enjoying it but it does have some holes which have been pointed out.
Etherelda, oreida and olyphant have been exemplary.
