New plot details for the upcoming
WandaVision reveal the circumstances that enable Vision to come back and tease the return of many familiar faces from Marvel’s past.
Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch and Paul Bettany’s Vision will finally get their reunion in the new miniseries currently in development for Disney Plus, which will be set after
Avengers: Endgame. Up to this point, we’ve learned through reports that
WandaVision will be heavily linked to Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, and that the show will
introduce us to Wanda’s son named Wiccan.
The new rumor, meanwhile, comes from a ***** user who claims to be working on the series, and his information actually corresponds with the details mentioned above. Before going any further though, note that these plot points contain spoilers for the upcoming show, so read at your own risk.
It’s confirmed that the series will indeed take place after the events of
Endgame as a depressed and homeless Wanda Maximoff tries to adapt to the new world. But after a while, a mysterious woman named Agatha will offer a helping hand to Wanda by creating a pocket dimension where she can live out her happily ever after alongside Vision and her two newborn babies, named Wiccan and Speed.
Agatha will then appear in the pocket dimension to kill Wanda when the children grow older, which they do after merely a week has passed. At the same time, Darcy Lewis (from
Thor and
Thor: The Dark World) and Monica Rambeau (from
Captain Marvel) will help an FBI agent look into a case about Agatha, which will lead them to Wanda’s pocket universe.
Allegedly, there will also be several important cameos during the six-episode miniseries, one of which involves the return of Ultron, voiced by James Spader, who will appear using archived footage from
Avengers: Age of Ultron. Doctor Strange (played by Benedict Cumberbatch) will also show up in the final episode, and the series evidently leads into
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
Other guest appearances include dikk Van Dyke and Carol Burnett who’ll appear as an elderly couple living next door to Wanda and Vision. Lashana Lynch will also reprise her role as an elderly Maria Rambeau (with CGI) and Kathryn Hahn will portray Agatha, the miniseries’ main antagonist.
With more than a year to go to the release of
WandaVision on Disney’s streaming platform, fans should ultimately take these details with a grain of salt. Then again, many of these plot points had previously leaked, so it wouldn’t be surprising if the final story turned out somehow similar to what’s been reported here.

EP 01 Wanda is completely sad after the events of "Infinity War" and "Endgame” and utterly alone, after years of working with The Avengers and the death of her great love, her brother and her trainer Natasha Romanoff, she receives an unexpected visit from a witch, Agnes. She offers Wanda sorcery classes, which would lead her to a reality creation where she lives her perfect life. What it happens, she got into the 50's years and the series works as a sitcom. We have Aaron Johnson participating as Quicksilver. Meanwhile, Agnes seems nosy about Wanda's life and works for a powerful villain.
EP 02 At Universe 616, S.W.O.R.D soon notices Wanda Maximoff's disappearance and invites Jimmy Woo and Darcy Lewis to investigate the disappearance of the hero after their successive work with Ant-Man and Jane Foster & Thor, they soon encounter Agnes, going deeper into the story of the mysterious woman, who reveals herself as Agatha Harkness, a Salem witch. Monica Rambeau gets known that people from around the world are suffering from nightmares during their sleep and summons a team to investigate it. At the same time Wanda becomes pregnant with Vision in her universe, giving birth to Wiccano and Speed. The children have powers and count on Agnes's help to develop them, as does Wanda, who looks better and better at her skills.
EP 03 With time passing in a peculiar way in Wanda's reality, it's Halloween and Wiccano and Speed are already teenagers. Vision is possessed by a demon, Mephisto, and we can see more of his powers during the night's events, which feature great battles between the couple and villains, every situation happens like a 70's sitcom. With the help of Monica Rambeau, Darcy and Jimmy find out that Agatha Harkness works for Nightmare out of blackmail, they also get transfered to Wanda's reality. They are the key for Wanda found out that the dream life is all a big illusion.
EP 04 Agatha Harkness discovers that his farce has been revealed and enters a great battle with the heroes, killing Vision, causing his third death. Wanda freaks out and generates a strong power break between the two realities, transferring Wiccano, Speed, Darcy, Jimmy, Pietro and Agatha to Universe 616. Stephen Strange discovers that a large door in the multiverse has been opened and assists Wanda Maximoff in controlling her powers, but the witch is seized by Nightmare's abilities. Monica Rambeau discovers the whole story between Nightmare and Agatha Harkness.
EP 05 Stephen, Wiccano, Speed, Monica Rambeau and Pietro, they all help Wanda in controling her powers, which has been manifesting throughout the multiverse and causing a huge mess, forcing her to fight with her own mind, a scene from Age of Ultron “Wanda” vs WandaVision “Wanda” is included. At the end of the episode, Wanda takes control and promises revenge on Nightmare.
EP 06 Wanda adapts to the versions of the people she created in her reality. Monica Rambeau show more of her powers. Nightmare ambitions are revealed. Stephen becomes an advanced level Magic tutor for Maximoff, that at the end of the episode, is declared as Scarlet Witch and receives a new uniform, similar to those of the Comics.
