read the article, don't got charter, but don't really share regardless, but does it mean I can't have the service loaded on multiple devices I own?

I'm not a charter customer but if I was are they basically saying I can only access my online streaming service at home. I'm not allowed to access when I'm traveling? Even for Charter customers I have no idea how they can honestly implement that.

The sharing accounts thing may not be too bad if the price stays at $6.99 a month but when they eventually pull a netflix and start closing in on $15+ a month, people are not going to be happy.
