It just hit me that we can't buy materials with marks anymore. Did they mention this before the update?

I also just noticed that they cleared out all of our Vanguard and Crucible Marks and didn't convert them to Legendary Marks, this is some bullshyt. Now I have to farm materials, had I known they were doing this I would of cashed the fukk out had I known that.

You talking bout the 20pk materials for 10 marks? I can still get those.

I'm not against SOME aspects of the new push to farm the old fashioned way.... they've added a lot to patrols. Hell, the payoffs from old patrol missions have essentially doubled. I like the option of not having to do that shyt though. If I could cop materials for motes, I'd be happy.

A month later when everyone is level 300+, sure. But right now? There isn't a worse place to be spending Legendary Marks.

I got like 6 exotics with the 3 of coins. I got 2 Hawkmoons but I guess I should use one to infuse? I almost dismantled it then I realized it has some use.

I really don't think they're hard to come by. The only thing I see them useful for is legendary weapons /gear and to infuse. You can get over 100 a day easy.

They gave you credit for everything. I used the materials for rep and ended up getting 2 legendary pieces. Also I maxed out on items before the update.
