hell naw i aint trying to be a hipster, i dont do that dumb shyt....i've been saying there arent op weapons in this game since the beginning, check this thread....

as for name weapons that are better than gally, i said it depends on situation:

if it's arc or void burn: truth, song of irt, thunderlord, corrective measure, and some other legendary heavies depending on perks are better..

in vog: sga, thunderlord, and some other heavy mgs are better against atheon than gally

...overall, i agree with yall that gally is the best heavy....i'm just saying it's not the end all, be all...

I've had this debate with breh over and over again in here. He's been on the record saying that Thorn doesn't need to be nerfed at all.

lol, yea we have gone back and forth bout that....but i havent gone on record saying it doesnt need to be nerfed, i just dont think it's op...i have suggested some changes for it....the main one being: dont allow the dot perk to kill you in the crucible...it should get you red line and close to death, but the other person should have to shoot or melee you to kill you, not let the poison do it....if you call that nerfing, ok...

so there needs to be a burn of a different elemental type for the gjally to slide?

remember when PoE dropped and people were killing skolas in under a fukking minute with burn? any other burns encourage immediate encounter re-designs like that at bungie?

yep, i recall that...they also stopped him from being stunned locked from snipers...anyway, you do know they took all the burns off skolas cause of how easy it made him, not just cause of gally right?...people were fukking him up when it was void or arc burn too, when they werent using gally....

Bungie put out Solar Burn thinking it was gonna make Skolas more difficult and harder to deal with we got week 1 celestial nighthawks, glasshouse defender titans, and claw sunsingers on deck. everybody got a horn and everybody gon shoot

i didn't even realize skolas had health gates the first time i killed him lol
