yep, i did, cause i've learned through experience....yea, gally is a nice backup to go to, but it isnt the answer to everything...but for a lot of the sheepish people in destiny, they think so.....seriously, i've seen people use gally when it was arc/void burn, smh...

the gally is easy to use, that's why people use it, plain and simple...that doesnt mean there arent other heavies in the game just as good...people dont use those cause they arent as easy to use cause you actually have to aim....it's the same as the thorn debate...being easy to use doesnt mean better...

Easier to use, doesn't always mean better... I get the point you're trying to make.

But in the case of the GHorn AKA the God Gun in Destiny, it is the best Heavy Weapon in the game. It's no easier to use than any other Rocket Launcher. I mean, you use all Rocket Launchers the same... it's not like the No Land Beyond compared to a regular sniper. The No Land Beyond is obviously harder to use than a reg sniper. You just aim and pull the trigger with a Launcher tho

All Exotics were created equally to him, no matter what the statistics say, people only abuse certain guns in certain modes because "they're easier to use"... not because they're just superior.

funny...never said all exotics were created equal....but yea, people do abuse guns cause they're easier to use....once that crutch is gone, they struggle....i've seen people dont know what to do while waiting for the heavy ammo pack to cool down....

being easy to use has nothing to do with the tracking, proxy det, 100% accuracy on wolf rounds, damage from wolf rounds that essentially equal the amount of damage from a second rocket launcher, etc. its a rocket launcher, of course its easy to use. the damage output is why people use it. its the best in the game. the links i provided show as much. if you feel one way or another, that's your opinion. but if you say its not the best DPS PvE heavy in the game by far right now, you're simply wrong.

i aint against having opinions. if you have more fun with hunger of crota or dragon's breath, cool. you play games to have fun. if you're trying to melt a boss quick - you're pulling out a horn and prepping a blunt on the side.

yea, they all are fired the same, but it is easier to use cause of the wp rounds....you fire that shyt near anything and the wp rounds do the work....even though it has tracking, you dont even have to aim lol....

The only one that can put up the same numbers is Dragons Breath and there isn't an enemy alive that's going to stay in the flare.

Thorn is of only 2 primaries in the game that can 2 shot someone and because the range Stat doesn't exist in this game, it's a scout rifle.

Are you trying to be a hipster or something because there are definitely OP weapons in this game

those are the exact reasons it is easy to use...gally does all the work for you...that's a lot easier than using other rls or mgs where you have to aim...

dont take what i'm saying like i'm against gally...i have 3 (before this weekend), have broken down bout 10 more....i know the damage it can do and have enjoyed using the shyt outta it....but i also use other weapons in the game cause i dont think gally is the end all, be all answer to everything....

does all the work like doing double the damage at 100% consistency

like i said, if you want to have fun with something else then HAVE FUN with something else. the horn is THE DPS weapon and nothing else comes close

I've had this debate with breh over and over again in here. He's been on the record saying that Thorn doesn't need to be nerfed at all.

hell naw i aint trying to be a hipster, i dont do that dumb shyt....i've been saying there arent op weapons in this game since the beginning, check this thread....

as for name weapons that are better than gally, i said it depends on situation:

if it's arc or void burn: truth, song of irt, thunderlord, corrective measure, and some other legendary heavies depending on perks are better..

in vog: sga, thunderlord, and some other heavy mgs are better against atheon than gally

...overall, i agree with yall that gally is the best heavy....i'm just saying it's not the end all, be all...
