agree with you.. that it will come down to skills in the end... i watched the datto vs destiny one on youtube... and their were alot of supers... maybe i am exagerating... but it seemed to be alot...

in either case i cant wait it looks fun as hell.

footage i saw was the reveal gameplay with that guy something wreck, and some chick had some gameplay of her with bungie....

anyway, yea, that shyt look fun and i cant wait to try it out...

side note: besides @GoldenGlove i havent gotten it in with none of yall that's on ps4....gonna have to run some raids, nightfalls, crucible, etc. with yall one of these days...

The build in this video allows for one-shot kills. I'm not familiar with using the weapon myself.

I got the exact same build in just under 30 rolls. Going for level 5 for the Lash. 143 Motes to go

the roll I have on my first one meant for PVP is Void-Rodeo-Armor-Piercing/Snapshot/Custom Optics-Final Round with the TacSys scope. wanted Void cuz I didn't have one for the longest

second one I got the other day for PVE is Solar-Surplus (more ammo in drops)-Lightweight/Field Scout (3 shots to 6)/Custom Optics-Firefly. wanted Arc for the fallen but I quit while I was ahead. I'll just use Fatebringer/Patience & Time if Prison of Elders got them arc shields everywhere

Got a few good rolls, but I stuck with this one...

Void > Rodeo > Field Scout > Clown Cartridge

Anybody know what's the most ammo I can have on this thing with both Field Scout and Clown Cartridge?

I ran out of Motes but I ended up with spray and play, armor piercing, and final round.


I think final round is what you should be looking for along with something that either increases the reload speed or increases the mag size if you want it for PVP.

i'm gonna start working on using this shyt to shoot people through walls when they try to cap zones.

i got a spear too... used about 20 motes on it and still couldnt get final round... i just stopped because i only have like 105 motes left... and i just think its smarter to wait and use them to reforge the vendor weapons in house of wolves

Motes finally coming in handy. Rerolled Hammer to some good stuff, still have about 110. Just need to get that Lash tonight.

Oh I see you got the GOAT spear build. Very nice. I have too many IB weapons to reforge and don't have the Motes to do it. I have a Gheleons Demise and Timur siting in my vault that I haven't touched and a Felwinter and Jolders that could have better stats than they currently have.

Since there's no real way to farm for Motes I'll have to just wait until HoW so I can burn some other currency for motes. Ascendant shards come to mind since I have 250 of them.
