Every night since release I play til 3 am it finally caught up to me. Got home yesterday at 6 and straight passed out. I think I did one patrol mission and fell asleep with everything on. This game has consumed me brehs. I'm off in a few days and I think I'll just use those days to catch up on my sleep

Yea in retrospective if you grind hard enough you can make it to 20+ pretty fast but I copped on Monday and I'm a 7
It works. I tried it for about 20 mins before leaving for work. Got about 4 blues and a dozen green. Only kept a blue machine gun I got. Word is definitely spreading; it was me and 2 randoms doing it. I expect them to patch their respawn speed soon.

Brehs don't farm play the game it's meant to if you farm you have to deal with rng
Do the strikes do the dailies, the weeklies and the crucible you do those you get enough marks and rep to buy GUARANTEED LEGENDARY GEAR instead of hoping for the crytoptach

This game might quite possibly destroy the little credibility that Video Game reviewers/sites have left...
Everyone is giving it such low remarks yet...It is one of the most enjoyable games I've played in a long time. And the feeling on the ground(actual players) seem to mirror that sentiment.
Damn...it seems the trendy thing was to rate the game as mediocre...but it definitely isn't.

I'm close enough to Crucible Rank 2 and I have like 135 Marks. I'll be able to cop 2 +18 in Light pieces of Armor from the Crucible Dealer and that's just from going hard in Crucible. I would probably have hit Rank 2 yet had I never joined a Faction and applied some of my bounties/rep towards that.

Yea I pledged my allegiance to Dead Orbit. Is that going to hurt me in any way?
There are random people in the Tower that rep different factions that you can join. You have to cop some of their Class Armor and wear it during Vanguard/Crucible Matches and instead of your bounties/rep going to the OG rank it goes to whatever faction you're in.whats wrong with joining a faction?
If you're not wearing the their gear it just goes to the regular stuff though...
I'm Dead Orbit Set too, but I stopped rockin' the cloak during Crucible Matches because I had realized that I already racked up a lot of rep already for Crucible. So instead of basically starting over and applying the rep/bounties for Dead Orbit I'm just going to grind it out without the cloak on.
I haven't really done as much Vanguard stuff so I put on the Dead Orbit cloak when I do coop stuff.
I'd say you have to look and see how far you got in the regular Vanguard/Crucible Ranking before applying your rep towards to any faction.
