Looking like I've dropped .2 pounds since the last weigh in. That was with a gym session yesterday of mainly chest and shoulders with two ab exercises. I did do plenty of walking last night at work so that helped. I think I'll use the gym to cut and tone and work for my cardio. Thinking of trying this 30 day ab challenge thing i saw on here just to try something different.

I've been fiending for some ice cream. Maybe once I lose another pound I'll treat myself. I have cut down the sweets lately but not like I'm eating healthy the whole way.

Lately I've been. It's a mental thing. But usually do it every other day or so. I need to stop doing it as much. Maybe since I'm not trying to lose as much as others, I try to track every little pound. Try to do it once or twice a week instead. Not like I'm gonna lose five pounds in a day or two anyways.

If you really gotta have ice cream Halo Top is a good one. It's low calorie and carbs and the birthday cake flavor lawd

I see they sell a variety of flavors at whole foods nearby. Never been there. I'll have to check them out. I saw Publix has it but only the basic flavors. I'll have to get the birthday cake and cookies and cream ones then.
