:dead: brehhhhh, I don't even deserve a cheat day if we being honest. I don't know why I keep doing this.

My goal going into next week is to eat clean the entire week. Gonna do some meal prepping tomorrow since I'm off and see how this goes.

Get up a little earlier so I can have time to walk instead of rushing to take the bus.

I think I'll be ok. Pray for me.

I saw I few people who weighed in last week. I just don't think a lot of people really keep up with the thread. They might still clock in though :yeshrug:

Yeah alot were just posting to post for their personal logging, but in regard to those who are still in the "contest" I think you guys are the only ones who posted within the time frame.

Was at 181 flat earlier. A bit lower than previous but staying consistent. Haven't been to the gym since Wednesday and won't go until tomorrow night but have been staying active. Today is likely my most lazy day. Considering the fact that I woke up extra late in the day due to catch up sleep plus I'm gonna be pigging out on Mexican food later during the royal rumble. Have had some unnecessary foods the past few days but have been able to overcome and not do any damage. Hopefully this ab challenge thing helps me cut some stomach fat or gets my abs out a bit more.

Had to restep on the scale to make sure cuz it kept going down. For those that are logging, I learned it's best to weigh yourself when you first wake up since you'll be fresh and not have ate anything.
