Starting strength is a good starting routine. You can google the pdf but its pretty much just compound lifts.

No need to drop a certain amount of lbs before starting on it either........

Yup if anything start as light as possible with the weights and slowly increase each week/workout.

When i initially started the program a few yrs ago id finish a workout in 20 min but then when i got up in weight it turned to 45-1hr. Now that im more advanced in training i have customized the workout and added acessory lifts.

Tell me how I done fukked up getting experimental at the grocery store aka Wal-Mart earlier. Had seen an ad for cinnamon frosted flakes and decided to buy a box. shyt says family pack but it looks like it could feed a whole village. :damn: Guess I'll be cutting off my breakfast coffee and sandwich until i finish the box. I'll have to makeup for the loss protein. Looks like someone opened the box cuz I get home from work earlier and it was already opened. I'm gonna have to stay focused tho even with eating unhealthy like burger king yesterday and a sandwich plus chocolate chip cookie from Starbucks earlier. Even about to cook some fried shrimp in the oven now. :heh:

Gotta stay focused cuz i know all this stress at work plus even more incoming is gonna have me binge eating. My boss lucky he wasn't there when I got in today to say his complaints to my face cuz I'm at the point where I don't give a fukk.

Started this 30 day ab challenge thing today and remembered why i hate sit ups and it was only fifteen. :dead: maybe cuz it was on tile? Who knows. Hopefully I finish it thru and get cut more.

Cereal only have like 120 calories breh. It aint that seriois :heh:

I eat like 600-700 calories for my breakfast

Yea but frosted flakes has an ass load of sugar. Even as a kid I'd have a bowl and be like :wtf:.

I saw some shyt at my nieces Crib, it's basically Cap'n crunch with crunch berries and marshmallows from lucky charms aka all fukking sugar I took one bite off her little plastic baby spoon (she just turned 3) and I was like

You should be doing pushups, body squats, lunges and dips even 25 a day to get a good foundation therefore when you start lifting you aren't knocking the cob webs off your under utilized muscles.

Went out last night and went full blown crazy :snoop:. Already know tomorrow the scale gone have me :flabbynsick: because of one night lol. Oh well ran this morning for a mile and gonna run 3-4 this evening.
