Feels good to be back in the gym after unnecessary and unhealthy eating this weekend. Luckily I didn't gain too much. Need to burn off these calories. Chest and shoulders day, gotta be quick but productive.

What kinda stuff do you brehs eat? I'm 210 right now and I'm trying to get down to 175-180 by the time summer rolls around if possible.

12 o'clock right now, been up since like 5 and STILL ain't eat yet. These are the days where I go home and binge on everything within arms reach. Gonna try to avoid that today.

You need to make a plan. If you don't know what you're going to do instead you're going to go home and do the only thing you know how which is what you don't want to do.

Yea, I came home and immediately started cooking enough food (lunch and dinner) to last me until Sunday.

My main issue is that on Tuesdays and Thursdays, I don't have enough time in the morning to make breakfast (it's rare for me to be up at 5) so I'm usually waiting until about 1 to eat. I'm good the rest of the week.

I need to find something that I can grab right as I'm running out the door to eat while walking.
