I'm not concerned I recently switched to a new routine a strength after a week or 3 I'll be sight.

Oh ok. I'm trying to get where you're at. I think it's mostly stomach fat that keeping me from there. Trying to burn that without losing much muscle. Were you much bigger than that?
Consistency famI'm no expert but I don't think sleep average is helping me.
I can sleep for four hours one day then like twelve hours the next night but I don't think that counts as 8 hours sleep.
Maybe I lose more by sleeping 12 hours tho.
When you can't decide whether to go to the gym or catch up on some sleep. Got five and a half hours and only woke up cuz I had to use the bathroom. I gotta go to sleep earlier..Gonna be getting less sleep tonight actually. But I likely won't hit up the gym until Monday. I think I'll go today before work, and do just abs and light cardio, since I start earlier than usual and gonna do plenty of walking anyways. Not trying to do too much. I'll get more sleep on Saturday.
I brought home 5 pints of the richest ice cream. Not smartso far so good. Mountain of junk in the kitchen but I haven't given in.
