Oh ok. I'm trying to get where you're at. I think it's mostly stomach fat that keeping me from there. Trying to burn that without losing much muscle. Were you much bigger than that?
Consistency famI'm no expert but I don't think sleep average is helping me.
I can sleep for four hours one day then like twelve hours the next night but I don't think that counts as 8 hours sleep.
Maybe I lose more by sleeping 12 hours tho.![]()
yea, I think that's what I'll do.
nothing but snacks in the kitchen right now. When you can't decide whether to go to the gym or catch up on some sleep. Got five and a half hours and only woke up cuz I had to use the bathroom. I gotta go to sleep earlier..Gonna be getting less sleep tonight actually. But I likely won't hit up the gym until Monday. I think I'll go today before work, and do just abs and light cardio, since I start earlier than usual and gonna do plenty of walking anyways. Not trying to do too much. I'll get more sleep on Saturday.
