Yeah. I think we need a guy on the outside way more than we need a slot guy.

Im sure Jefferson will be a good player and maybe he can move to the outside in the pros but I'm not as big fan of him coming to us as alot of other people are

JJs a Keenan Allen/Adam Thielen baby, I'm genuinely torn between he and Mims and don't know who I'd prefer. It's a good problem to have if both are still on the board.

Out of these options I'm taking Tee Higgins. Not my ideal choice at receiver, but I'd take him over Jefferson at #21 and we need someone who can play the 'X' receiver position.

In reality, I'm either looking to trade back or taking Aiyuk/Reagor.

It’s between Jefferson and McQueen for me...I’ll got with Jefferson I like his hands and think he can work in the slot and outside plus the receivers on the eagles are all good sized so I’ll pass on mims and higgins...

Just noticed Bama might break the 1st round record this year.

Tua, Jeudy, Ruggs, Wills, Diggs, McKinney would tie the record and if Raekwon or Terrell Lewis sneak in to the first round that would break it

wait LSU May also be in that running

Fulton, Burrow, cushenberry, Jefferson, Queen, chaisson, delphit who could sneak in. Also that RB Clyde Helairs stock is somehow shooting up.

Jefferson is not just a slot reciever, he played on the outside a lot last year
No he didn't. He took 99.9 % of his snaps in the slot this year, and struggled when he lined up outside in 2018

He's a slot guy, probably a really good one but there's not much to suggest he can play on the outside in the nfl

What do you mean he struggled he was our best receiver last year?

Jefferson struggles as an outside receiver. We need a receiver that can:

A) Beat press coverage outside the hash marks
B) Stretch the field

we'd be foolish to waste another first round pick on a slot receiver (Agholor, Freddie Mitchell)

If we want a slot receiver we could wait for Van Jefferson or KJ Hill

It's gotta be Mims or trade back & get Ruiz from Michigan

"Struggled" as in didn't look like the same type of player he did in the slot this year.

It's not even close
Jefferson struggles as an outside receiver.
Y’all misinformed, Jefferson didn’t put up the numbers in 2018(when he was a outside reciever) that he put up this year cuz he played in a more open offense this year. Jefferson was easily As good as DJ Chark was in 2017 and Chark was a 1k yard receiver by his 2nd season

jefferson struggles as an outside receiver & thrives in the slot. Didn't fare well against press coverage on the outside. I don't want him, at all.

we need speed & size on the outside = Mims
